Welcome to my site! I am Saydie Wyrick, the face behind the brand, Saydie Wyrick Photography. The livestock world holds millions of memories for me, and I'm so grateful to capture your special moments!
my journey
Growing up, I was heavily dedicated to both my academics and athletics, but I was always fully invested in the livestock industry. I was raised on a small row crop farm in Sharpsville, Indiana, where my passion for agriculture began at an early age. As soon as I was able, I started competitively showing pigs across the nation. Recently, I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Animal Sciences. Now, I am running this business and raising showpigs with my family.
WHy i started SWP
I have always had a creative side and a passion for the industry. I picked up a camera my senior year of high school picturing sports. This led to me doing an internship with Willoughby Sales throughout the spring of 2023. I established SWP in June of that same year with a few friends as clients & picturing hog shows for free! Within three years this business has grown like crazy. Now this little hobby turned into a pretty fantastic job!
Where i am now
Between juggling school, home life, and this business it is simply chaotic, but I truly wouldn't want it in any other way. I get to travel throughout the states picturing for the top notch in the livestock realm, all the way to your small town county fairs. Beginning this brand was one of my greatest blessings & I believe the future is so so bright for it! I can't wait to capture your once in a lifetime memories!
